Dr. Peter A. Owans is a Ghanaian professional based in Japan, an entrepreneur, education advocate, and international business leader with extensive experience connecting people and opportunities across Ghana and Japan. He is the Founder and CEO of Edulinx, an organization focused on education, professional development, and international opportunities. Dr. Owans also serves as the Japan Patron of the Ghana–Japan Trade & Industry Expo (GJTI EXPO 2026), supporting efforts to strengthen trade, investment, education, innovation, and strategic partnerships between Ghana and Japan. Through his leadership and international experience, he continues to promote knowledge exchange, cross-border collaboration, and opportunities that contribute to sustainable development and stronger Ghana–Japan relations.
